About All About Caring

Founded in 2001, All About Caring was born out of a deep-seated desire to revolutionize the way care is provided to those with significant disability particularly individuals with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries and neurodegenerative diseases requiring high-intensity, 24/7 support.

One of our founders began her journey as a support worker at 18 years of age supporting clients with multiple, complex disabilities while studying her health degree at university. Early in her career, she encountered three pivotal experiences that profoundly shaped her commitment to creating a better way of care. Through these experiences, she witnessed the good and the bad and developed enormous empathy and insight into what people requiring care and support truly need.

When you work with our model of care, all support is individually planned to meet the specific needs, goals, and preferences of the person we are providing support to, in a fully customised person driven approach. We believe there is no one size fits all solution to care and support. This means working closely with each person and their family to ensure our services meet their unique needs.

We are a member of the Australian Community Industry Alliance (ACIA) and have achieved Best Practice results in the NDIS Practice Standards and ACIA endorsed Australian Community Industry Standard (ACIS) certification.
