About Us

Since 2004, Global Disability & Community Services has been a trusted provider of skilled Disability Support Workers and Carers, delivering high-quality care to individuals and government organizations. We specialize in supporting people with disabilities, ensuring they receive the assistance needed to lead fulfilling lives.

We work closely with key government bodies, including Ageing, Disability, and Home Care, and participate in programs such as the Communities and Justice Program and Intensive Support Program. As a Designated Provider for the Department of Families and Communities’ Out of Home Care program, we also support children living outside their family homes. Our expertise allows us to address the unique challenges of vulnerable individuals with complex behavioral and emotional needs.

Our services extend to individuals under the National Disability Insurance Scheme, providing Supported Independent Living and Assistance in Community Access. Through Supported Independent Living, we help individuals live as independently as possible by offering daily assistance with personal care, household tasks, and community involvement. For Community Access, our support workers foster social inclusion by helping individuals participate in activities that enhance their well-being and personal development.
