For NDIS participants, we provide in-home and community support as well as safe housing in our supported independent living homes and our partners’ specialist disability accommodation. We combine fully accessible housing with reliable 24/7 onsite shared support.
Leora works in accordance with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and the Aged Care Commission. However, we are also ISO9001 certified against a globally benchmarked quality management standard so you can be assured our services are effective and compliant with best practices.
COMMON CARE SERVICES FROM LEORA
High or Complex Care: We assist clients living with disability or chronic conditions such as acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, epilepsy and other physical and neurological ailments. Our skilled and compassionate support workers and Registered Nurses can also provide PEG feeding and management, medication management, complex bowel care, ventilator management, severe dysphagia management and more.
Personal Care: We can assist you with all aspects of daily personal hygiene care, such as dressing, toileting or the use of aids, devices and appliances.
Domestic Assistance: We’ll lend a helping hand to keep your home tidy and neat. A support worker from Leora can assist you with light housekeeping tasks.
Languages other than English that our current staff are able to deliver attendant care services in: Our diverse team speaks over 50 languages, including: Mandarin, Cantonese, Arabic, Persian, Hindi, Nepalese, Greek and Tagalog. Our talent acquisition team has the capacity to conduct bespoke recruitment campaigns if we need to find support workers in other languages.
