About Kelly
"My name is Kelly Strong and I have been working as a specialist disability social worker since 2003. In this time I have worked across inpatient, outpatient and community settings as both a social worker and a case manager. I am extremely passionate about supporting people to live their best lives and am privileged to be able to support people to achieve their goals following serious injuries.
I have a strong sense of social justice and will work tirelessly to ensure that my clients and their families are given access to the support and services they need on their rehabilitation journey. My approach to working is to always “ start where the client is at ”. Clients and their families are the experts on their own lives and therefore listening and ensuring their voice is incorporated in all aspects of their recovery is at the core of how I work.
I thoroughly enjoying getting to work with a huge variety of people and bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to my clients and hopefully a few laughs as well."
